A lot is expected today with clubs across Europe looking to make that one signing that will -help them go the extra-mile and provide the much needed boost.
PREMIER LEAGUE DEAL SHEET EXPLAINED
As in the previous window, Premier League clubs can complete deals by 1 am, thanks to the Deal Sheet.
Clubs and players must do the following to get any last-minute deals over the line…
- Form must be submitted to Premier League 9pm – 11pm;
- It must be submitted by the clubs involved and signed by the player;
- Info required includes total fee, add-ons and player signature confirming they have agreed personal terms;
- If Premier League receive Deal Sheet by 11 pm, clubs have until 1 am (midnight for international deals) to legally complete.

According to Mirror, Steven Caulker is heading to Russia and collect a bumper windfall of nearly £1million. The QPR defender had a medical in Marbella with Lokomotiv Moscow, who are at a warm weather training camp.
The stopper,25, capped once by England in 2012, is then due in the Russian capital next week to finalise his loan switch.
Caulker, currently recovering from a hip injury, is due to play for Lokomotiv for the remainder of their season from March until the end of May.
