Fabio Capello claimed that Pepe will move to Paris Saint-Germain from Real Madrid this summer
The veteran manager, who last managed Russia before leaving the job in 2015, told Sky Sport Italia that both the parties have agreed in principle and now the Real Madrid defender will complete his move PSG this summer.
Capello said: “Pepe to PSG? It’s done 100%. They met at a hotel in Cardiff.”
Pepe made it clear that he would part ways with the Los Blancos and he rejected their offer of a one one-year contract extension had been heavily linked with a move to the Ligue 1 side amid huge interest from Premier League sides.
The Portuguese defender is well known for his aggressive nature and never-say-die attitude and he enjoyed an illustrious 10-year spell at Real Madrid, where he won three league titles, three Copa del Rey crowns and three Champions League trophies.
His current contract at Madrid will run out at the end of June and he will move to PSG as a free agent.
