Barcelona star Arda Turan has dismissed China rumours stating that he is happy at the Camp Nou.
Turan’s current contract runs till June 2020 and has been speculated to be evaluating a mega offer from China.
With Oscar and Carlos Tevez having recently joined the Chinese Super League, other big names have also been linked with China.
Turan stated, “I read about the offers from China from the papers. It’s how these things work. Clubs might be talking,” Turan said.
“I am very happy in Barcelona. I have a contract until the age of 33. I am in the greatest club of the world. What more can I say?”
Turan has 19 appearances in all competitions this season and has scored 11 goals for the Catalan giants.
Arda Turan added, “I believe I am an important piece in Barcelona’s squad.”
“I try to do my best. I think my performance is the proof of it.”
