Riyad Mahrez is set to quit Leicester City at the end of this season and he could be on his way to European power-house Barcelona.
The Algerian international opted to stay at the King Power Stadium last season after the Foxes heroic Premier League win – but after a disastrous campaign this year – the 28-year-old has decided that the time is right for him to seek his options.
Several other big name stars are also expected to follow him out of the club at the end of the current campaign.
French giants Paris Saint-Germain are likely to launch a £35 million bid for Riyad in the summer.
The defending Ligue 1 champions failed to lure him to the Parc des Princes – when he chose to sign a new £100,000-a-week deal.
However, the Algerian international could start a bidding war for his services.
Liverpool are being touted as the favorites to land his services – if a bidding war takes place.
Barcelona are also on the lookout for Mahrez – with Premier League rivals Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham also eyeing a move for him.
Riyad has had a forgetful season so far – despite showing glimpse of form from the previous season – having won the PFA Player of the Year last season.
