Álvaro Morata has urged Real Madrid team-mate Gareth Bale to join him at Manchester United this summer.
The Spaniard is all set to join the Red Devils after agreeing to personal terms with the Europa League winners.
Morata had a decent season, having scored 15 league goals for Real, but was hardly a starter for Zinedine Zidane’s side as he was way down the pecking order behind Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.
The #21 stated just 14 games last season and as his agent confirmed he is not looking for a similar next season.
The striker was the second top scorer for Real Madrid, with only Cristiano Ronaldo finding the back of the net on more occasions that him.
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho has been chasing Bale for a long-time now and is eyeing to land the Welshman with the help of Morata.
Bale’s Madrid career has suffered tremendous blows due to multiple injuries in the last few seasons and the Wales international could be better off leaving the Santiago Bernabeu.
Manchester United are ready to break the bank to lure the 26-year-old superstar back to the Premier League as they eye a return to Europe’s elite.
Morata is encouraging Gareth Bale to quit Real this summer and help Jose build a team capable of challenging for the big trophies next year.
The duo have a great bond and are very close to each other, often sharing opinions and thoughts with each-other.
