Football is a complete game, for some it’s about emotions, for others it’s about magic on the pitch.
Well, it’s a funny game too, from funny incidents on the pitch to hilarious interviews off it.
The beautiful game can often make people delusional.
Ask, Aston Villa owner Tony Xia, who has claimed that the Villa Park team will be the biggest club in the world in five years.
Tony was talking to fans through club’s official twitter handle, when one fan asked him where he sees Villa in 5 years – to which the Chinese businessmen replied “the top club in Europe with the highest number of fans all over the world”.

However Twitter was quick to make a mockery out of his statement, as users posted gifs and tweets making fun of Tony.
Some users also suggested that the Villa owner might be on drugs.

Oh and Aston Villa’s 3-1 drubbing at the hands of League 2 club Luton Town in the EFL Cup didn’t help his cause either.
