Former Premier league star and Chelsea legend Michael Ballack has trolled Arsenal on Twitter after their disappointing loss to Manchester City at the Etihad stadium.
The ex-German star was known for coming second in major tournaments but took the jibe on Arsenal after Raheem Sterling scored the winner for the Citizens.
Arsenal opened the scoring early on through Theo Walcott, before Leroy Sane equalized despite looking half a yard offside after a lofted through ball.
Ballack who is now 40 years old tweeted:
Others joined Michael Ballack’s rally as Mesut Ozil faced a lot of criticism on social media.
The contract hunting German was mocked up for looking invisible after his poor display against Manchester City.
One tweeter said: “I honestly don’t think Mesut Ozil deserves 200k a week….he disappears a lot in games that matters.”
Another tweeted: “How useless is Mesut Ozil, what a mess.”
