Manchester United are reportedly ready to launch a massive bid for Paris St-Germain star Marco Verrati with a £79m (€100m) offer for the 23-year-old midfielder, according to Italian paper Corriere della Sport.
It is also being claimed that United target Zlatan Ibrahimovic wants the PSG middle to join him at the Old Trafford.
PSG chiefs however have not confirmed the offer and look to hold on to the Italy international.
Verratti joined PSG from Pescara in 2012 and is under contract till 2020 but suffered an injury-hit campaign last season and is also absent from Italy’s Euro 2016 squad due to groin injury.
