Romelu Lukaku found his range after a pre-game mishap to score twice in Everton’s 3-0 win at Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Belgium striker went into the crowd and apologized to a female Southampton fan for hitting her with a wild shot during the warmup.

Lukaku was more precise when the game started, putting Everton in front in the 22nd minute when he headed in Arouna Kone’s cross on a counter-attack.

Lukaku then exchanged passes with Ross Barkley before shooting home from the edge of the area in the 44th to make it 2-0.

Barkley sealed an impressive team display by Everton — and its first win of the season — with the third in the 84th after a sweeping move involving Lukaku and Seamus Coleman.
