Allegedly Julian Nagelsmann is set to take over at Bayern Munich after it was confirmed that Hansi Flick will replace Jochim Loew as Germany boss. The RB Leipzig coach who rose to prominence after turning the fortunes of Hoffenheim around is the fort runner for the job in Bavaria.
Lotthar Matthäus on Sky:
"Hansi Flick has an offer to become Germany boss. Bayern Munich have already been thinking about Julian Nagelsmann as his successor. The Bundesliga game against Augsuburg will be his last as Bayern coach."#PSGFCB pic.twitter.com/wKCPobT4FM

Hansi Flick’s reign at Bayern Munich on the other hand is going to be cut short. Flick who helped Bayern win the treble in his last season. Flick who has stated that internal strife with the board is one of the main reasons for his shock departure at the end of this season. This news sent Shockwaves around German football as Pep’s former protege has managed to dominate the Bundesliga in his short stint too.
Leipzig would demand around €10m if Julian Nagelsmann asks to join Bayern. Nagelsmann is from Bavaria, his wife and kids live in Munich and he feels ready to take his next big step. Lothar Mattheus remains convinced Leipzig coach Nagelsmann will replace Flick next season, but last Wednesday the 33-year-old insisted “there were and are no conversations” between him and Bayern. Nagelsmann who has been a life-long fan of Bayern Munich will surely relish the chance to manage the biggest club in Germany.
Funnily dubbed ‘Baby Mourinho’, the Leipzig boss is known for his style off the field too. He is known for keeping up with fashion trends and is willing to try out new things and the challenge of managing Bayern Munich must have Nagelsmann salivating.
Julian Nagelsmann tells Bild that he had makeup and eyebrows done before the Bayern game: 'Women are always making themselves chic so I thought I can do it as a man too. I hope it was somehow successful' pic.twitter.com/JQlmG5KDnk

The young coach who is a Bavarian native has guided his Leipzig to 2nd this season as they are chasing Bayern Munich, who could wrap up the league on the 20th against Leverkusen.
Apparently Bayern not only poach the best players from the Bundesliga but managers too, no wonder why so many German fans hate the Munich club so much.
He seemingly is a good fit for the Bavarians too as his attacking and pressing philosophy is not too different from Flick, and is seen as a prodigy in the world of football managers. Honestly Nagelsmann at the helm of the Bayern Munich machine is a very scary prospect.
