Coming back from injury, Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere made his first appearance for the club in the premier league match against Aston Villa on Sunday. The England playmaker spent the entire season on the sidelines, but after returning from injury the midfielder has reasons to celebrate. Not one but two, his selection in the England squad for Euro 2016 and his recent engagement to girlfriend Andriani Michael.
After eleven months of dating, the English midfielder popped the question to Andriani Michael at her 25th birthday party.
Wilshere started dating Andriani Michael after splitting up with Lauren Neal, the mother of his two children – Archie (3 year old) and Delilah (21-month-old).
Andriani Michael’s father owns a barber shop in Cockfosters, North London where Wilshere gets his haircut and is also involved in the scouting process of Chelsea.
According to sources, Wilshere got down on his knee to ask Andriani the question at her 25th birthday party and later they celebrated their engagement at glamorous party hubs Shaka Zulu and Gilgamesh.
Absolutely buzzing! I can’t wait to meet up with the squad and start preparing for the euros. Thanks for all the messages. #England

Returning back from a broken leg injury, midfielder Jack Wilshire got his first start of the season in Arsenal’s match against Aston Villa on Sunday.
The England playmaker has often fallen prey to a lot of criticism regarding his lack of fitness and commitment but the England manager Hodgson is confident that Wilshere is a player with special abilities.
“Most of his injuries have been trauma injuries,’ Hodgson said in an interview when asked about Wilshere’s inclusion. “I am not worried about him. Obviously, I think he is a real quality player. He ticks all the boxes.”
“I had to ask myself certain questions. Is he actually fit now? Yes, he is fit. I had to ask myself if he is the type of player who brings something different to the team, a player we do not have an abundance of? The answer was yes.”
“The third question, well, at top-level competition, in the qualifiers, has he performed? Has he done the job for us? Has he been a very good player? “
“I think three man-of-the-matches in a row would answer that one. So, really, to select him in a group of 26 was a very easy thing to do,” said Hodgson in an interview.
